Solid Phase Content Analyzer is used to separate and determine the content of water, oil and solid of water-based drilling fluid. It adopts the externally heated distilling pattern with a large matrass. Oil and water is separated and condensed into the measuring cylinder when a fix quantity of 50ml drilling subjects to high temperature. The quality or percent bulk of oil, water and solid can be calculated. Compared with normal (20ml) pattern, the test precision is enhanced because the adoption of large content externally heated pattern and avoid the danger of overheated. It can be operated easily and used both in lab and site to learn about the solid concentration. The character is simple structure and easy operation and is a ideal special instrument.
