Description:
HP.HT consistometer (API)

• Complete assembly HPHT consistometer (dual cell) for measure the thickening time of cement slurries for oil - well cement according to API spec.10 section "8".
• Working pressure not less than 25000 PSI, and temperature not less than 400    F.
• Operating at 220 V, 50 Hz AC supply and 100 PSI air pressure.
• Control panel of HP .HT consistometer must be contain or assembly of an automatic temperature program control system for heating rate control (thermostatic regulator ) D.C voltmeter , with developed D.C strip recording charts voltmeter and graphic control corporation , hydraulic pressure gauge , and clock timer for each cell.
• Temperature and pressure shall be maintained with (± 2  F, ± 100 psi) of the specified schedule through the test
• Must be provided with potentiometer calibrating kit.
• Pressure chambers and its lids, and all parts of the slurry container must be constructed of corrosion resistant and non - corrodible alloys.
